Vadim Biryukov is appointed the director of the Belgorod branch of JSC "Vympelcom"

The Vympelcom company (a brand "Beeline"), declared Vadim Biryukov's appointment  to a position of the director of the Belgorod branch of the company.

As the branch director Vadim Biryukov replaced Ivan Anashkin who  since April, 2014 headed the Far East region of "Vympelcom".

Penetration into small settlements, development of the branded network of branch, improvement of a communication quality, providing expeditious and convenient client service  become the main objectives of the new director.

In "Vympelcom" Vadim Biryukov works since 2003. It passed a way from the specialist  in the subscriber equipment to the sales director in the mass market of the Yaroslavl branch of "Vympelcom". Vadim Biryukov has a business education in "Management".
