Nikolay Nikiforov: "Readiness of subjects of Russia for interdepartmental interaction reached 100%"

The project on start of electronic interaction between federal executive authorities  and regions with use of SMEV is fully complete

The Minister of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation Nikolay Nikiforov  held the next meeting of the Subcommittee on use of information  technologies when providing the state and municipal services. The head of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation reported that at the beginning of May, 2014 the project on start of electronic interaction between federal executive authorities and regions with use of the System of Interdepartmental Electronic Interaction (SIEI) was fully complete. At the following stage since January, 2015  executive authorities will be able to request and receive data on civil registrations in electronic form.

"It is very important boundary as the project large-scale and has no analogs. Now  our main task – actively to use the created infrastructure of the electronic government in which considerable budgetary investments and a lot of work were made. Therefore I pay attention, first of all federal executive authorities, to need of full transition to electronic  interaction with regions and to maintenance of high degree of availability  of federal information systems", – Nikolay Nikiforov told.

At a meeting the head of development department of the electronic government of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation  Vladimir Averbakh told about a course of implementation of the main projects  of the electronic government. He paid special attention to work of the Uniform portal of the state services. "Total number of users of a portal of state services reached 9 million, for the current month the gain made about 700 thousand. Dynamics remains  positive. At the same time we hope that registration simplification, increase in quantity of places where it is possible to be registered for receiving state services  in electronic form, will allow us to increase significantly rate of a gain of users  of a portal", – the head of department noted.

The representative of Pension Fund of the Russian Federation told about optimization of rendering state services  in electronic form in issue of the certificate on the maternity or family capital and on consideration of statements for the order these means.

In addition participants of a meeting discussed questions of transfer in electronic form data on state civil registration, introduction of uniform information system of a notariate which will allow notaries and executive authorities  to exchange data in an electron a look. Within a meeting  the question of the approval of flow charts of interdepartmental  interaction and accession of new participants to SMEV  also was discussed.
