Samara-Transtelekom starts the new service "Record of Telephone
Conversations" in all regions of presence
JSC Samara-Transtelekom (TTK-Samara), the regional enterprise of the TTK
company, starts in all regions of presence for the new and existing corporate
clients new service – "Record of telephone conversations". Legal
entities who use telecommunication TTK-Samara can use this service.
New service allows to carry out expeditious record of all entering and
proceeding conversations without use of the additional technical equipment. At
its connection each subscriber gets individual access to the special server TTK-Samara
via the convenient interface where all telephone conversations are stored. The
file with record is automatically saved on the server within a year, and the
client at any time can hear to the necessary conversation. In base of calls
clients are given opportunity of sorting of negotiations on telephone number
that is actual when processing a large number of files.
"Record of telephone conversations – irreplaceable service for the
companies which are working in an intensive rhythm, actively interacting with
numerous partners and clients. She allows to analyze and control activity of
remote offices, to study work of client departments, to keep records of
