"Rostelecom" expanded the capacity of access to the Internet for four knots of a multiservice network in Novosibirsk

Within modernization of networks of data transmission the Novosibirsk branch of JSC "Rostelecom" expanded the capacity of access to the Internet for four knots of a multiservice network from 2 to 5 times. ATS-2670 capacity after modernization makes not less than 10 Gbit / with, ATS-2700, ATS-2740, ATS-2280 – not less than 4 Gbit / page.

"Rostelecom" within modernization of communication networks annually holds a complex of events which enter: replacement of a copper cable on optical, digitalization of a network and increase in capacity of access to the Internet, – the deputy director of branch – the technical director of Novosibirsk branch of JSC "Rostelecom" Konstantin Pirlya makes comments. – The increase in speed of Internet access becomes notable plus for more than 11 thousand subscribers. Subscribers will have an opportunity to use popular services, such as Interactive television in a format of a high definition. The carried-out modernization is also directed on the organization of high-quality network functioning which basic principle is the ring scheme of the transport DWDM network with 100 percent reservation of communication channels".

ATS-2670 serves more than 5,9 thousand subscribers living in 220 houses located on streets: Autogenous, Boris Bogatkov, Volochayevskaya, Gusinobrodskoye Highway, Dobrolyubova, Dovator, Yesenin, Brick, Koshurnikova, Kuprin, Panfilovtsev, Tolbukhin, Fedoseyev, Yurginsky the 2nd.

ATS-2700 serves more than 2,8 thousand subscribers living in 27 houses located on streets: Grebenshchikova, Zemnukhov, Krause, 1, Krause, 2, M. Nemytkina, Dawn, Springs, Tyulenina.

ATS-2740 serves more than 1,2 thousand subscribers living in 25 houses located on streets: B. Khmelnytsky, Igarsky, Karelian, Makarenko, Novocherkassk, Associations, District, Tayginsky, Tambov, Fadeyeva.

ATS-2280 serves more than 1,1 thousand subscribers living in 32 houses located on streets: Krasny Avenue, Airport, Yerevan, Shevtsova.
