Mail.Ru Group issued the Cloud appendix for iPad

Mail.Ru Group let out "Cloud" for iPad. In the updated version of an iOS-application the special attention is paid to convenience of work of users with images and video files, reported CNews in Mail.Ru Group.

"Becomes more increasing than owners of tablets among users of "Mail.Ru Cloud". According to our internal data, the cloudy application for iPhone almost  in 20% of cases was installed on ipad'y, – told Anna Artamonova, the vice-president of Mail.Ru Group, the head of business division "Mail and a portal". – In general "Cloud" for iPad inherits the general stylistics and the principles of work of the smartphone version, however we sought to adapt the interface so that as much as possible to realize the potential of the big screen".

According to developers, the emphasis in the updated version for iOS is placed on work with images as they make more than a half from all files loaded into "Cloud". So, besides already habitual modes "Look List" and "Gallery", in the appendix there was a format of the Look Tile display. Now users should not remember what exactly is in this or that folder: at first sight it is clear, where documents, and where photos or rollers. "The look a tile" supports both portrait, and album orientation. Thus it is important that to turn the device it is possible directly in the course of viewing of files – loss of a position at the time of change of situation will not happen.

One more innovation facilitates work with photos: unnecessary files can be deleted directly in browse mode that is especially convenient when it is necessary to sort big archives and collections, for example, of one hundred photos and videos from holiday, from a wedding or birthday.

The menu of fast actions which allows to create the reference to copy the file in gallery, to share it, to move or remove, is caused habitual for iOS-users svaypy directly in the list of files.

Let's note that in general the user can place in "Mail.Ru Cloud" to 100 Gbytes of data free of charge. The Clouds appendices are available as for mobile (Android, iOS Windows Phone), and desktop (Windows, Mac OS X, Linux) platforms.
