The government of the Omsk region and JSC Vympelcom signed the agreement of intent on interaction and cooperation


The government of the Omsk region and JSC Vympelcom mobile operator signed the agreement of intent on interaction and cooperation.

Signing of the agreement will allow to lay the foundation for creation of effective mechanisms of interaction of its parties creating organizational and material conditions for development of economic and social infrastructure of the Omsk region including:

creations of conditions for favorable development of investment activity in the territory of the Omsk region and attraction of investments on the territory of the Omsk region;
assistance to increase of availability of services of mobile communication to the population of the Omsk region;
assistance to development of information and telecommunication infrastructure of the Omsk region for satisfaction of needs of the population for a qualitative mobile radio communication and services of Internet access on the basis of modern technologies.
