"MegaFon" provided with services of cellular communication of UMVD in the Vologda region


The Vologda regional office of Northwest branch of the "Megafon" company won tenders for rendering communication services for UMVD across the Vologda region.

In 2014 within the state contract "MegaFon" provides employees of UMVD on Vologda to area with services of a voice communication. The operator won electronic auction on rendering of services of cellular digital radiotelephone communication of the GSM standard for law-enforcement bodies of UMVD of Russia across the Vologda region. Besides, "MegaFon" provides a number of staff of department with services in reception/data transmission by means of mobile communication within the Office in a Pocket service.

Also, within the won electronic auction on rendering services in providing the authorized protected corporate GPRS/EDGE access of divisions of traffic police of UMVD of Russia across the Vologda region, the operator will provide communication services on data transmission to employees of traffic police.

In the future cooperation expansion is planned. "MegaFon" offered UMVD also a row large-scale solutions telecom, including programs for providing employees with mobile communication, monitoring of motor transport and the organization of VPN channels.
