The vice-president for marketing of MTS Vasyl Latsanich reported about it at a press conference of JSC MTS.

Thus, according to the legislation, for payment of state services the subscriber will be able to use any of two accounts.

Operators counted that after the introduction of the law corporate subscribers will be able to bring the second account for such write-offs as payment of a parking, and the measures directed on fight against SMS spam will return to subscribers trust to text messages in general to force.

The press service of Roskomnadzor initiating introduction of the second account for content services did not provide on May 21 comments.
