"Rostelecom" and administration of the Tomsk region signed the state contract for rendering services in operation of regional part of infrastructure of "the electronic government"


The Tomsk branch of JSC "Rostelecom" and administration of the Tomsk region signed the state contract for rendering services in operation of regional part of infrastructure of "the electronic government".

Under the terms of the signed contract "Rostelecom" will provide own telecommunication infrastructure for executive bodies of the government and local governments and will ensure safety and protection of personal information, service and technical support, and also the round-the-clock consulting user support of system of execution of regulations.

Introduction of "the electronic government" allows to create on the basis of modern the Internet of technologies a new way of interaction of the state with the population and business, and as between public authorities. More effective implementation of the functions by the state has to become result of creation of such interaction.

"Rostelecom" and successfully cooperates long ago with administration of the Tomsk region, – the director of Tomsk branch of JSC "Rostelecom" Alexey Makhorin tells. – In common we realized serious projects on development of a modern communication network in the region I am glad that our interaction on creation of "the electronic government", overcoming of a digital inequality has fruitful character. Within realization of a state program "Information society" "Rostelecom" in the territory of the Tomsk region at active interaction with regional administration developed the engineering design on creation of system of a call of the emergency field services according to uniform number "112", opened point of delivery of codes of activation for a uniform portal of the state services, created uniform information base of apartment houses and as realized some other projects. The translation practically of all prime services in an electronic look became a result of productive cooperation of administration of the Tomsk region with "Rostelecom".
