"Rostelecom" completely prepared system of video surveillance for Unified State Examination and began translation


"Rostelecom" completely prepared for work system of video surveillance when carrying out the Unified State Examination (USE) in 2014 and began translation of the first examination of the main period. According to the contract specialists of the company tested and established PAKI (two video cameras, the laptop or the personal computer, a set of cables) in more than 3081 object, including points of carrying out examinations and the regional centers of information processing. More than 36 thousand audiences over all country are equipped with system of video surveillance, more than 16 thousand will work online.

Video from audiences will be broadcast in real time on the portal of SMOTRIEGE.RU which is specially created by "Rostelecom" which works since April 21 (from carrying out early examinations). The course of carrying out examination by means of a portal will be watched by more than 5 thousand observers which are specially accredited by Rosobrnadzor. "Rostelecom" entered into system of all online observers and provided their training.

"Rostelecom" allocated intellectual number in a code 8 800 200 for user support of PAK working in points of reception of examinations and the regional centers of information processing and also developed number of support 8 800 100 43 12 for users of a portal. More than 1000 addresses from citizens of the Russian Federation already came to call center of the company for working hours of system.

The system of video surveillance created by "Rostelecom" proved the efficiency during carrying out the early period of Unified State Examination. All elements fulfilled in the regular mode.

For implementation of the project "Rostelecom" involves own network infrastructure in the territory of all country. Video servers will be deployed in seven interregional TSODAKH (Moscow, St. Petersburg, Krasnodar, Samara, Yekaterinburg, Kochenevo (Novosibirsk region), Prince Volkonsky (Khabarovsk Krai) and two regional TSODAKH (Magadan, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky) the companies.

The data recording in TsODY will be made from all points of carrying out examination. Equipment TSODOV will allow to receive to collect, process and store information with a total capacity more than 200 Tbyte.

"Rostelecom" established a video wall in the Situational Information Centre (SIC) of Rosobrnadzor in Moscow. On this wall video from points of carrying out state exam in all country is broadcast. It allows to collect the general information from all regions in SITs and to exercise an operating control behind process. At the same time observers from Rosobrnadzor can observe to 72 video fragments from different regions. The video wall works at an extent of the entire period of carrying out Unified State Examination, since April 21, 2014.

Productivity of system of video translations of Unified State Examination will provide to 1 200 000 simultaneous viewings by users and to 60 000 simultaneous viewings from one chamber.

"Rostelecom" and Rosobrnadzor signed the state contract for rendering services in the organization of video surveillance when carrying out the Unified State Examination (USE) in the territory of the Russian Federation in 2014.

According to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation "Rostelecom" (681-r of 18.04) it is determined by the only service provider by providing access to a network of data transmission, translation of video signal on the Internet, to collecting and storage of the received videos for implementation of video surveillance during carrying out Unified State Examination in 2014.
