On the Uniform portal of the state services there began work service of informing on the rendered medical services


The Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation reports that on the Uniform Portal of the State Services (UPSS) there was a new service: in a private office citizens of Russia can receive data on the rendered medical services.

Those patients who have electronic medical records (EMR) can use the EPGU new service. The quantity of EMK today, according to Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, reaches about 40 million. The history of visits of medical institutions is stored in electronic documents: date of visit, this the doctor and the name of the provided medical service.

"The done work – one of steps on the way of creation on a portal of state services of "A private office of the patient". Together with Ministry of Health of Russia we will develop its functionality. In plans – development of services in interaction of the doctor and the patient by means of such office. Task very large-scale and stage-by-stage. Its end is planned for 2015", – the deputy minister of communication and mass communications of the Russian Federation Alexey Kozyrev told.

New service of a portal is available to inhabitants of the majority of territorial subjects of the Russian Federation. It is possible to specify information on the region on EPGU at a service choice. The remained regions will be connected within 2-3 quarters of this year.
