In the Perm branch "Beeline" the new technical director is appointed

Alexander Pospelov is appointed to a position of the technical director of the Perm branch of JSC "Vympelcom"


Alexander Pospelov is appointed to a position of the technical director of the Perm branch of JSC "Vympelcom" (a brand "Beeline").

On this position Alexander will be responsible for development and operation of networks of a mobile and fixed telephony and broadband Internet access in Perm Krai.

Alexander Pospelov graduated from the institute of radio electronics and information technologies of the Nizhny Novgorod state technical university, in parallel with technical education Alexander gained the second diploma as a manager-economist.

Began the career in "Beeline" eight years ago. In 2006 it came to the center of support of clients "Beeline" of Nizhny Novgorod, in half a year passed to work into technical management into department of operation of the switching equipment and service platforms. The next six years took the leading positions in technical management of Regional government of JSC Vympelcom of the Volga region. For years of work in technical management realized such large projects, as integration of the switching fixed networks of the purchased companies and Golden Telecom into a network "Beeline" in 12 branches of the Volga region, improvement of an indoor-covering in trade and entertaining and business centers, introduction and optimization of processes of monitoring of a network.
