The Nizhny Novgorod Cellular Communication company (NSS) starts for subscribers of the company in eight regions of the Volga region the option "Mobile Purse" which will allow to pay instantly purchases from the account of the mobile phone at any time.

The press service of the operator reported that by means of the service "Mobile Purse" subscribers of the NSS company in the Nizhny Novgorod, Ulyanovsk, Saratov, Orenburg, Penza areas, the Republics of Mordovia, Tatarstan and Chuvashia can quickly and safely pay from the account of service of a mobile and fixed telephony, the Internet and television of any operator of Russia, municipal and security services, penalties of traffic police, purchase in online stores, and also to transfer funds to the account of the cash card.

"The mobile phone stops being today only the tool for communication, it actively use for work on the Internet: learn news, look through and place a photo and video on social networks, – the commercial director of the macroregion "Volga" of "Tele2 Russia" Alexey Sidorov noted. – The new service "Mobile Purse" will allow to expand functionality of the mobile device and to save time of our subscribers: instead of standing in queues for payment of goods and services, the subscriber can make all operations necessary to it from the mobile phone".

According to the company, daily the subscriber is given opportunity to make to 20 payments, thus the minimum single amount of payment has to make not less than 10 rub, maximum – 15 thousand rubles. Monthly by means of "A mobile purse" the subscriber can make to 500 payments. The maximum sum of payments in a month makes 40 thousand rubles. The rest of own means on the account of the mobile subscriber has to be not less than 30 rub.

The Mobile Payments service is realized on a technological platform of JSC Mobi.Dengi in partnership with JSC Tavrichesky Bank.

JSC NSS renders services of mobile communication of nearly 3 million subscribers in the Nizhny Novgorod, Orenburg, Penza, Saratov, Ulyanovsk areas, the Republics of Chuvashia, Mordovia and Tatarstan.

On March 28, 2014 the first stage of the transaction on integration of mobile assets of "Rostelecom" into structure of Tele2 is closed. Under operational and financial control of Tele2 passed seven affiliated cellular companies of "Rostelecom": "Sky Link", "The Nizhny Novgorod cellular communication", "Baykalvestky", "BIT", "Volgograd GSM", "Eniseytelekom" and "AKOS".
