The Ministries of Economic Development and NP "GLONASS" signed the cooperation agreement in the sphere of modernization of economy of Russia at implementation of foreign economic activity


On May 23 within the International economic forum in St. Petersburg signing of the cooperation agreement in the sphere of modernization of economy of Russia at implementation of foreign economic activity between the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and "Assistance to Development and Use of Navigation Technologies" Non-profit partnership (NP "GLONASS") took place. The agreement was signed by the Minister of Economic Development Alexey Ulyukaev and the President of NP "GLONASS" Alexander Gurko.

Cooperation of NP "GLONASS" and the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation assumes interaction of the parties directed on promotion of the Russian decisions with use of GLONASS and the state automated information ERA-GLONASS system including on ensuring interoperability of systems of the emergency reaction at accidents of "ERA-GLONASS" and similar European eCall system. The priority countries for implementation of activities for the directions are the countries of EurAsEC (CIS), Brazil, India, Indonesia, the Republic of South Africa, the countries of Latin America, South East Asia, the Middle East, Africa.

"Thanks to the Agreement the Russian participants of the navigation market will receive from our trade missions the valuable – actual and reliable, information on the priority markets of export of products and services GLONASS, the planned large projects in these markets, potential local partners. Here we have with the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation common goals – to increase volumes and to expand geography of hi-tech Russian export", – Alexander Gurko, the president of NP "GLONASS" noted.
