The 1C-Bitriks company presented updatings of the cloudy Bitriks24 service. Now service contains a full tool kit, necessary for the companies of medium and small business for the organization of work of employees and as at office, and far off, reported CNews in "1C-Bitriksa".

"Bitriks24" allows to refuse automation of working processes in separate services and systems and to concentrate all information of the company and management of it in one place. "Service and contained earlier a large number of tools, such as: CRM, tasks, a corporate social network, system for management of projects, work with files, corporate cloudy storage of files, voice and video conference. But the last updates, especially such as the corporate mail service and virtual automatic telephone exchange, made this set really full", – declared in the company.

One of the most significant updatings of service – the Bitriks24.Network network which gives the chance to users of various accounts to communicate among themselves, and also with "external" participants. It allows to reduce use of various tools for communications (Skype, WhatsApp, Viber and others) to a minimum and to store communication history in one place. In fact "Bitriks24.Network" is a modern messenger, with opportunities of a chat, voice and video calls, but used for business communications. All possibilities of a network are available not only to users of "Bitriks24", but also those who is not registered in service, but was invited by participants.

Possibilities of the telephony which is built in in "Bitriks24" were expanded to functionality of virtual automatic telephone exchange which allows to accept and translate the entering calls between employees. So, for 1000 rub a month it is possible to rent telephone number in the million-plus cities of Russia, phones of the USA and Great Britain. Thus "Bitriks24. The telephony" is integrated with CRM that is convenient for communications with clients – at the time of the entering call all data on the client, the current transactions and orders from CRM will be displayed on the manager's screen.

The number of the entering lines which can be connected to an account in "Bitriks24", is not limited. There is a possibility of readdressing of calls on mobile and stationary numbers, and also possibility of record of telephone conversation. The manager can record arrangements during conversation in the form of matter in CRM. It is possible to integrate own automatic telephone exchange under the SIP protocol for the entering and outgoing calls if it is already used in the company into service, noted in "1C-Bitriksa".

Users of a mobile application of the Bitriks24 service could read earlier a tape, operate tasks and look through working files. Now they also will be able to call and receive calls, and not only voice, but also video. The functionality will be available through Wi-Fi, LTE and 3G.

At the same time, users of the Bitriks24 service had an opportunity to get an own mail service. The functionality is realized together with the Yandeks company and its service "Mail for the Domain". Users of "Bitriks24" will be able to get corporate mail within the bitrix24.ru domain (.ua, .com, .de) or to bind the corporate domain. According to representatives of "1C-Bitriks", "it is mail, unlimited on volume protected by an antispam and an antivirus".

In CRM there was a possibility of creation of documents of offers. It is possible to adjust a document template under needs of the company, choosing and adding the necessary fields. The completed document can be unpacked or sent to the client by e-mail, to trace its status and to convert in other documents CRM.

Besides everything, in the updated Bitriks24 service work with lists of tasks, change responsible in them, and also change of terms of their performance is accelerated and simplified.
