Rosimushchestvo conducts preparation of requirements to investors who will be able to apply for participation in privatization of "Rostelecom". The head of Rosimushchestvo Olga Dergunova reported to journalists about it in a lobby of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.

According to her, "we now in graphics, at us costs (privatization) for 2014".

"We together with consultants and branch department – Ministry of Communications – prepare the offer. This discussion with special consumers, definition of technological conditions, the new investor will be obliged to observe these requirements", – Dergunova told. She emphasized that now passes a stage of the formulation of these requirements.

Answering a question of, whether foreign investors will be able to take part in privatization of the enterprise, the head of Rosimushchestvo noted that today there are no restrictions "and we yet did not form a pool of investors". "But all of us understand that the Moscow exchange is the main platform for further placement", – Dergunova concluded.
