MTS waits that the prices of roaming in Europe can grow because of the future cancellation of the intra European roaming, and also because of decrease in ruble exchange rate in relation to euro, the vice-president of MTS for marketing Vasyl Latsanich told. According to him, the operator conducts negotiations with the British Vodafone on the joint project on reduction of prices of Internet roaming. The project can pay off due to growth of activity of subscribers in roaming, Latsanich hopes. The representative of Vodafone did not respond to the request of "Sheets".

MTS and "Vympelcom" are in continuous dialogue with roaming partners in an occasion of reduction of prices, representatives Dmitry Solodovnikov and Anna Aybasheva tell them. The representative of "MegaFon" Olesya Yaremenko considers that the current roaming season of change in the European Union will not affect.

The intra European roaming has to stop existence on December 15, 2015. Meanwhile, when in 2007. The European Commission limited the prices of the intra European roaming, it was not slow to affect subscribers from other countries – roaming for external operators including Russian, rose in price. After roaming partners the Russian operators raised the prices also, for what they were scarified by the prime minister Vladimir Putin of that time. Operators aspire that as much as possible their subscribers used roaming. Now, according to "Vympelcom", from phones enter the Internet, being abroad, only 10% of his subscribers. Reducing the prices in the most popular directions, "Vympelcom" expects to increase a share of such clients at least to 20% of all traveling subscribers, the executive vice-president Alexander Popovsky told in March it.

"Vympelcom" considerably reduced the prices of the mobile Internet in the European roaming (to 5 rub for 1 Mb) and offered favorable quotations on calls, as a result following the results of the I quarter 2014 1,5 times more subscribers, than for the same period of 2013 used roaming, and the income from date roaming increased by 25%, Aybasheva speaks.
