"Envizhn" is left by top managers

In the last some months the Envizh Group company was left by at least four top managers


After transition of "Envizhn" under control of AFK "Sistema" and change of the general director members of team of former shareholders – heads of divisions and blocks began to leave the company.

In the last some months at least four top managers – the director of a division of applied development Andrey Fleyta, the director of the universal technological block Maxim Papin, the director of a division of work with the state organizations Alexander Martynov and the director of a division of work with "Rostelecom" Sergey Kleymenov left "Envizh Group" (his last working day – on May 26).

Martynov as earlier wrote CNews, headed the system integrator "Regionky" created by the former shareholders of "Envizhn" and now affiliated with Rostekh state corporation. Father's passed in "Tekhnoserv" where short time worked before arrival to "Envizhn". It is not known of new places of work of the Flute and Kleymenov.

Soon "Envizhn" intends to leave and the marketing director Vera Mostinskaya, reported to CNews the source familiar with a situation in the integrator. Further, according to him, dismissals can proceed.

Interlocutors of CNews connect the taken place and forthcoming dismissals with several factors. The first and main is a transition of "Envizhn" under control of AFK "Sistema" and merge to the Sitroniks company belonging to "System".

In February, 2014 one of founders "Envizhn" Anton Sushkevich left the general director's post, and Vyacheslav Smirnov who was earlier directing the "Sitroniks Complex Automated Control Systems" company was appointed to his place. Interlocutors of CNews note the changed management style in "Envizhn" which suited not all. Besides, they speak, in the company restructuring – optimization of number and elimination of the duplicating functions proceeds.

One more reason which consequence dismissals could turn out to be, consists in falling of turns of "Envizhn". In 2013 the revenue of the company made 39,4 bln. dollars, having reduced by 20 bln. dollars in comparison with 2012.
