JSC Vympelcom (a brand "Beeline") sums up the intermediate results of realization in the Volga region of new strategy of the company "Simply. Conveniently. For you". The program in which center – the Client and his requirements, is developed in a co-authorship with subscribers of the company, works since the end of 2013. It is completely based on requirements and expectations of Clients, and also on the detailed analysis of their user experience and feedback.

The priority direction there is a development of basic service – development of a network and improvement of a communication quality. Modernization of a network takes place in the Volga region with focus on mobile data transmission. In the region improvement of a covering and increase in the user speeds of the mobile Internet in a network 3G proceeds. So in March, 2014 in the region the Dual Carrier-HSDPA technology + is started. The maximum speed of data transmission within technology can reach 42 Mbps. According to own test drives of technical management of the company average speeds in regions of start are in range of 8-12 Mbps. The functionality is activated for 80% of a 3G-network in the Nizhny Novgorod Region, in Chuvashia penetration of technology comes nearer to 100%, and in the Samara region and Mordovia – to 50%.

"The most correct assessment to the carried-out work on improvement of quality of a network is given by our Clients. I will give some figures from the Center of support of clients of of Nizhny Novgorod. The number of addresses with complaints to a communication quality from subscribers of the Volga region in April, 2014 in comparison with the end of last year was reduced practically twice. Arises questions less and on work of the mobile Internet – from subscribers of Volga region they were reduced by 68%, and, for example, from inhabitants of the Nizhny Novgorod Region – for 94%", – the regional director of the Volga region of JSC Vympelcom Oleg Gordeyev noted.

"Beeline" presented also new simplified tariff portfolio which is distinguished by competitive prices in combination with transparent services. Besides, the company continued realization of the new policy on improvement of content and counteraction to spam, offering clients free anti-virus protection from "Beeline". Also "Beeline" presented a new mobile application for the Private office for the iOS and Android operating systems that clients could operate all paid services of the operator. Already more than one million users in Russia established the new mobile application "My Beeline".

Subscribers who prefer to address for consultation in call center, estimated convenience of the new service "Return Call". At a choice of this free option, the operator will personally call back to the subscriber if the waiting time on the line was long for the client. In April, 2014 "The return call" was ordered by every fifth subscriber of the Volga region calling in the contact center "Beeline".

"It is important that our clients estimated improvements. In comparison with the end of last year in April, 2014 the number of appeals to call center from subscribers of the Volga region on tariffing of services was reduced by 25%, on shutdowns or connections of services – for 13%. But the greatest shifts happened on content services and spam mailings – the number of such calls from subscribers of Volga was reduced by 3 times. We will build further our work taking into account feedback from our subscribers", – Oleg Gordeyev emphasized.
