"Rostelecom" by the end of 2014 will double quantity gosuuslug in electronic form  in Altai Krai

Until the end of 2014, the number of the state services provided to inhabitants of Altai Krai by means of www.gosuslugi.ru portal will increase to hundred. It will occur within development of regional infrastructure "Electronic the governments" and further interaction between JSC Rostelecom and KGBU "Operator of the Electronic Government of Altai Krai"  (KGBU OEPAK).

This year applicants of Altai Krai had an opportunity to address for receiving  12 state and municipal services in an electronic form. Seven of transferred to an electronic type of service are provided by regional departments. So, since April, citizens and the organizations can address through the Uniform portal of the state  services for obtaining information and extracts from the register of the state  property, information on the land plots which are in state  ownership  of Altai Krai about the objects of real estate which are  in the state  and municipal ownership, and intended for leasing. Also, possibility of the request for obtaining permissions  to work on preservation of object of a cultural heritage and on acceptance  of such works  is provided. Municipal service about an order of providing housing-and-municipal services  to the population in an electronic form enjoys popularity at inhabitants of edge.

Now in administrations of areas and settlements of edge businessmen can address  through the Uniform portal for coordination on the organization of fair, obtaining  data from the register of municipal property, information on the objects  of real estate which are in the state and municipal ownership and intended for leasing.

"Big collaboration is necessary to us, – the director of KGBU "Operator of the Electronic Government of Altai Krai"  Valerian Derevnin  noted. – This year we plan to provide possibility of the request for the state services  in the sphere of health care, support of agricultural producers, environmental management, including use of forest funds, a cultural heritage. We expect that we will manage to finish transfer to an electronic type of the main services of local governments in the sphere of town-planning activity, the land and property  relations, various compensation payments to separate  categories of citizens. It is planned to organize possibility of the request in an electronic form for receiving compensations on gasification of households, on payment of housing-and-municipal services, on payment of a land tax and rent for the earth, part of a parental payment for kindergarten.

According to Valerian Derevnin, the important social effect will give transfer to an electronic type of service on registration of lump monetary sums to young  families, the accounting of the citizens having three and more children wishing to get the land plots".

"We hope to satisfy all conditions of the state contract in time and to give to inhabitants  of edge even more opportunities for receiving necessary services in electronic form", – the director of the Altai branch of JSC "Rostelecom" Sergey Lavrenyuk emphasized.
