"Rostelecom" in Kamchatka Krai made a transfer of satellite channels from the Express А2 satellite on "Express AM3"

The Rostelecom company in Kamchatka Krai made a transfer of satellite channels from the spacecraft (S) "Express А2" on "Express AM3". The necessity  of the translation of loading was caused by change of an orbital position and functionality "Express А2".

The Express AM3 satellite launched into an orbit in 2005 is the telecommunication  satellite providing transfer TV and a radio signal, data transmission, Internet access, telephone channels and channels of videoconferences.

The Express AM3 satellite to which the resource of "Rostelecom" in Kamchatka Krai was transferred, will provide steadier signal at the expense of the best technical characteristics. Transition will allow to expand the capacity of satellite  channels in the region that, in turn, will positively affect quality of work  of subscribers on the Internet.

"By the end of the third quarter 2014 "Rostelecom" plans to expand an external Internet channel  for 20%. This annual action, connected, generally with end  of a holiday season and the beginning of academic year.
