"Rostelecom" realized the "Electronic Turn in Kindergarten" project in the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania


In the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania now it is possible to write down the child in kindergarten by means of electronic turn. The main task of new service – realization of the principle of transparency of formation of turn in kindergartens. By means of the virtual register of children parents will be able to receive information on existence of empty seats in preschool institutions and to learn the status of the demand.

"Within this project "Rostelecom" assumes obligations for methodical and technical support of system, – the head of department "Information society" of the North Ossetian branch of "Rostelecom" Alexander Bizikov speaks, – for interaction with system as the telecommunication environment the Internet and the protected communication channels which are provided by the company is used. Software solution for rendering service will be integrated soon with regional infrastructure of the electronic government, including a portal of the state services and system of interdepartmental electronic interaction".

The system introduced in partnership with JSC Dnevnik.Ru realizes processing of demands accurately according to regulations. Parents are relieved of long expectations, of fears that the place will be busy. Changes in electronic turn can be traced in real time.

The electronic form of registration is published on the official website of the Ministry of Education and Science of PCO-A, and also according to the reference which is available both from personal computers, and from mobile devices. For this purpose it is enough to be registered on the site of the Ministry of Education and Science of the republic according to the reference www.detsad.edu15.ru (in the section "Services" – "Record in DOU") and to issue the corresponding application in electronic form.

Service within five months worked in the republic in the pilot mode, parameters of interaction of all structures which are taking part in implementation of the project were fulfilled. In the long term there will be a possibility of automatic verification of data which are specified in the demand for transfer in kindergarten. Besides, the system will contain information on exempts that will exclude need of collecting and providing the corresponding references.

According to the head of department of science and information technologies of the Ministry of Education and Science of PCO-A Maxim Aslanidi, "The electronic turn in kindergarten" is most transparent: "Each inhabitant of North Ossetia can receive full information on any preschool institution in the online mode. The system is urged to simplify to inhabitants of our republic access to service. Thanks to collaboration with "Rostelecom" we will be able to carry out this task. "Rostelecom" repeatedly proved efficiency during carrying out large-scale socially significant projects".

The project is realized according to the priority direction of development and advance of innovative branch products of the company and implementation of the Information Society project.
