Northern Europe and Central Asia is appointed by the head of Ericsson in the region Charlotte Sund

The Ericsson company declared Charlotte Sund's appointment as the head of the region Northern Europe and Central Asia. New heads are also appointed in two more regions – the Middle East and Southern East Asia and Oceania.
The purpose of personnel shifts – strengthening of positions of the company in the market, acceleration of process of digitalization and growth of business. New heads of regions also will be among top managers of Ericsson – Global Leadership Team.
Charlotte Sund possesses 25 years' experience of branch of telecommunications. Having joined the Ericsson team in 1990, she held various posts in the company, including headed division of multimedia and system integration, and also division on work with clients in the former region the Northern countries and the Baltic States. Sund has a wide experience of work in this region, and also experience of development of business in new client segments. Before the appointment she headed Customer Unit Industry & Society, being responsible for development of business in the vertical markets.
"Some of our clients, the housing and communal services working in the sphere and transport in the region of Northern Europe and Central Asia, use the most modern technologies. Together with team of this region we managed to start a number of partner projects with clients from new industries. I am glad to opportunity to head work of the company in the region", – Charlotte Sund speaks.
The Rafaya Ibrahim is appointed to a position of the head of Ericsson in the region Middle East, and Sam Saba became the new head of Ericsson in the region Southern East Asia and Oceania.

Besides, all of them differ in leadership skills and have experience of successful business in the regions. New appointments emphasize that fact that the management of the top management of Ericsson consists of people of different nationalities, and especially I am glad to that two new heads of regions – the woman", – are made comments by the president and the chief executive officer of Ericsson Hans Vestberg.
