"Akado" started up "Orlis-media" in the Network

"Akado Telecom" connected more than 1 thousand monitors installed  at entrances of the houses in the southeast of Moscow and belonging to Orlis-Media advertizing agency  to the Internet. Within three years about 63 thousand monitors  on all city  are planned to expand the network intended for translation of messages of prefectures and justices. The cost of the project does not reveal.
Reported ComNews about it the representative of Akado Group. According to him, the relevant  contract was signed with JSC Orlis-Media by one of the companies of JSC Komkor (Akado Telecom trademark). The broadband Internet channel organized by provider will allow to transmit besides information of prefectures  through monitors the spot news at emergency situations. For the beginning  of June service is rendered in the capital Areas of Lefortovo, South port, Maryino and Zhulebino. At the first stage the operator will connect to the Internet monitors  in houses of all Southeast administrative district, then house in other districts of the capital.
For June 6 one thousand monitors is installed, daily this figure grows on 50-120 pieces, the sales director of "Orlis-media" Igor Nekrasov explained in conversation with ComNews. According to him, the plan of firm assumes installation of 63 thousand devices  across all Moscow.
Nekrasov did not begin to call the sum of costs of the project, having referred to a trade  secret. The manager and the supplier of the equipment did not specify, having noted only that the company uses LCD monitors, the software and channels of communication  of "joint Russian-Chinese production". "It is our first project, are sure – not the last", – Igor Nekrasov emphasized.
Installs all monitors of "Orlis-media" on own initiative, the payment is not raised from management companies and the associations of owners of housing (AOH). Besides reports on prefectures and data on emergency situations the company is going to place information of social character (a weather forecast, data on traffic jams), and also the main product – advertizing,  the partner of "Orlis-media" Ivan Ivanov  adds. By means of advertizing the company also is going  to pay back the project.
Other large player of the ShPD capital market, JSC MGTS, also has experience of large-scale projects on intellectual management of the city, the representative  of the press service of this operator  speaks. On the basis of the GPON network 26 thousand km long systems of video surveillance behind house adjoining territories and entrances work. The network of MGTS also is used for the analysis and control of a passenger traffic  on transport and transfer knots of the capital. "In case of inquiry from business or city services of MGTS it is ready to consider possibility  of participation in implementation of the project", – the employee of this provider noted.
One of contractors of the program of the Department of Information Technologies (DIT) of Moscow for installation of chambers of access video surveillance is also JSC Rostelecom. This operator installed in the city already more than 20 thousand cameras of access  video surveillance. Images are available to Muscovites on their TVs, and videos gather in the Uniform center of data storage of DITA and are given only at the request of law enforcement agencies, the representative of the press service of "Rostelecom" reported. This operator does not disclose project cost.
By sight a source of ComNews close to one of players of the Moscow market, the purpose of installation of monitors of "Orlis-media" "is not quite clear". "All necessary information from a justice of the area is provided in entrances on message boards. Use of similar monitors in the advertizing purposes hardly will manage to be monetized", – he considers. In the market there were attempts to install monitors for advertizing  in buildings, on streets and in public transport, but efficiency  of such experiments was very low, the interlocutor of ComNews claims.
