The Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation suggests to open science and technology park in the territory of the Crimea and to create faculty of information technologies in one of regional higher education institutions, the relevant proposals are sent to the Ministry of Economic Development and Minkrym, reported ITAR-TASS the official in one of the departments participating in the program of development of the region.

In Minkrym's press service of ITAR-TASS confirmed that the idea of creation of science and technology park is discussed, but further comments refused. The representative of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications Dmitry Zakharov reported ITAR-TASS that the ministry directed offers within formation of "road map" on development of the Crimea.

By estimates of the head of a chair of the Moscow state construction university Azaria Lapidusa, the cost of construction of science and technology park in the Crimea of a class A of 20 thousand sq.m can make from 1,5 thousand euros to 2 thousand euros for 1 sq.m taking into account leading of engineering communications. The size of investments into construction of science and technology parks of classes B and S can begin from 1,2 thousand euros for 1 sq.m, the expert adds. Thus, construction of science and technology park can cost in the sum from 24 million euros to 40 million euros.

"A level of development of power and infrastructure in the Crimea low therefore the cost of implementation of the project can increase on average by 20-25% due to leading of water, electricity, gas, etc. depending on need", – he noted.

About that the Crimea can become the region of innovative development, in March the head of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Alexander Shokhin spoke.

"Many countries try to combine the centers of gravity for rest and tourism with the centers of gravity of intellectual resources. I think, as in the Crimea it can be made", – quoted Shokhin of ITAR-TASS. And in the middle of April in the Crimea declared the Fund of Development of Internet Initiatives (FDII) opening of the correspondence accelerator.

Within implementation of the "Creation in the Russian Federation of Science and Technology Parks in the Sphere of High Technologies" program (works from 2007 to 2014) in 11 regions develop 13 science and technology parks, 8 from which already work. In 2013 the total area of science and technology parks in Russia made 294,6 thousand sq.m.

Under the terms of the program in 2014 five new science and technology parks – in Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, Penza, Sverdlovsk region and Tolyatti – with a cumulative area of 157,9 thousand sq.m have to open. Under the terms of the project by 2018 science and technology parks have to be loaded not less than for 90%, and their budgetary efficiency has to make from 55% at an export share in proceeds of residents from 12%.

For all the time of action of the program over 11 billion rubles for the purpose of joint financing of construction of science and technology parks were provided to regions.
