After entry of "Control systems" into the "Joint instrument-making corporation" created by "Rostekh", the general director of "Systems" Alexey Ananyev probably will leave the post.

According to two sources of CNews close to Control systems holding, soon the general director of holding Alexey Ananyev can leave the post. Interlocutors of CNews connect possible forthcoming dismissal with injection of "Control systems" in "The joint instrument-making corporation" (OPK) and loss of independence.

OPK was created by Rostekh state corporation in March, 2014. It was headed by the former director of the department of the radio-electronic industry of Minpromtorg Alexander Yakunin. Along with "Control systems", Sozvezdiye and Vega concerns, the Central research institute of economy, informatics and control systems (Central Research Institute EISU), and also 53 enterprises entering into these structures will be transferred to OPK.

Earlier, in January, 2014, the president Vladimir Putin signed the decree on transfer of "Control systems", "Constellations", "Vega" and Central Research Institute EISU in property to "Rostekh".

Alexey Ananyev headed "Control systems" at the beginning of 2013. More than ten enterprises of defense industry complex which are engaged in development, production, repair and service of automated control systems for armed forces are a part of holding. Among them – NPP Polet, NPO Impuls, INEUM, scientific research institute "Rubin" and others.

The Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin supervising the defensive industry, making comments on Ananyev's appointment, declared that "Control systems" will be among other things focused on works in the field of cybersafety.

During the time which passed from the moment of Ananyev's appointment as the general director of "Systems", according to the source CNews the state tests of an automated control system for financial and economic risks when performing state defense order (SAS GOZ) were successfully complete, and the system is put in operation.

Also "the problem of increase of operational efficiency of holding and its preparation for further consolidation of assets within branch was carried out, as a result of the enterprise of holding are prepared for entry into OPK concern", adds a source.

Before appointment in "Control systems" Ananyev headed the Tekhnoserv company – one of the largest system integrators of Russia. Together with the brother Dmitry Ananyev he is a co-owner "Tekhnoserva" and Promsvyazbank.

In the press service of "Control systems" and in "Tekhnoserva" refused to make comments on possible dismissal of Alexey Ananyev.
