The Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications considers a question of an entry of Federal State Unitary Enterprise Rossiyskaya televizionnaya i radioveshchatelnaya set (RTRS) into the market of the Crimea. The Crimean radio television transmitting center (RTPTs) has to earn till January, 2015.

The deputy minister of communication and mass communications of the Russian Federation Alexey Volin reported to the reporter of ComNews about it. According to him, in the Crimea the infrastructure of a digital broadcasting is already realized, there are all frequencies for digital TV.

According to the existing decrees of the Russian President, resolutions and orders of the government, the all-Russian obligatory public channels have to extend in open access in all territory of the country, and RTRS is the only operator of radio land translation of the first and second multiplexes and the only operator providing services of radio land translation in the DVB-T2 standard, the press secretary of RTRS Igor Stepanov reminds.

"Possibly, this norm belongs now and to the territory of the Crimea as parts of the Russian Federation. But such integration means very difficult legal and administrative process which now is in the beginning, – he noted. – To speak about any practical actions while early".

Line-by-line financing of development of digital telecasting in the Crimea while is not present, tells the source close to the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications. "The ministry submitted proposals which the Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Kozak supervising the Crimean subject will consider in the next few days", – he explains.

According to the interlocutor of ComNews, the priority will be given to the most progressive technologies and projects in the field of telecommunications: in the Crimea there are no several "outdated links" which exist in other Russia and need service.

In 2011 the operator "Zeonbud" who obtained the license for a broadcasting of four multiplexes in all territory of Ukraine started creation of a national network of the DVB-T2 standard. For November 21, 2011 the test broadcasting of DVB-T2 in Ukraine passed in 28 cities, including in the capital of the Crimea Simferopol.
