Nikolay Belogubets will operate Irkutsk "Beeline"

Nikolay Belogubets is appointed to a position of the director of Irkutsk branch of JSC "Vympelcom"


Nikolay Belogubets is appointed on May 21, 2014 to a position of the director of Irkutsk branch of JSC "Vympelcom" (TZ "Beeline"). It replaced Nadezhda Novikova holding this post since September, 2011.

Nikolay's activity is connected about 10 years with a telecom in the Far East. Before arrival to "Vympelcom" it worked at the leading positions in the companies "Primtelefon", "MTS", "MegaFon" in which gained solid experience in management of marketing and sales.

Development of business of the company in the Irkutsk region and the Republic of Buryatia falls within the scope of responsibility of the director of Irkutsk branch.

Making comments on appointment, the regional director of the Far East region of JSC Vympelcom Ivan Anashkin noted: "The Irkutsk branch is one of the largest in the Far East region "Vympelcom" and is in focus of our attention. For the last year in the Irkutsk region it was modernized and the network 3G is considerably expanded, inhabitants of a number of the remote settlements for the first time got access to mobile communication. It is sure that positive changes in such key spheres as quality and convenience of services "Beeline", in combination with rich professional experience of Nikolay will provide the dynamic growth of Irkutsk branch".

Nikolay Belogubets in 2002 graduated from faculty of political sciences and social management of Far East State University as a political scientist-analyst. Since March, 2003 held a position of the marketing manager in JSC Primtelefon. Since September, 2004 – the head of marketing department macro - the region "Far East" of JSC MTS. In 2005 moved to Khabarovsk, having held a position of the marketing director of MTS branch in Khabarovsk Krai. Since 2007 worked as the deputy commercial director on marketing and advertizing of JSC Mobikom-Habarovsk (a network "MegaFon" at the Far East and in Eastern Siberia). From July, 2009 to December, 2012 held a position of the commercial director of Far East branch of JSC "Megafon". Since January, 2013 realized own business project on development of a network of mini-coffee houses in Khabarovsk. On May 21, 2014 it is appointed the director of Irkutsk branch of JSC "Vympelcom".
