"MegaFon" concluded the contract for delivery of SIM cards for payment terminals "Uniform center of processing and billing of the Oryol region".

In these terminals inhabitants of the Eagle by means of the universal electronic card will be able to pay housing and communal services, and also journey in public public transport. All data on perfect operations by means of SIM cards of "MegaFon" will be transferred for processing to the Center of processing and billing. It will allow to make calculations of the organizations by more transparent, and procedure of payment of utilities more convenient.
