Igor Egorov is appointed to a position of the director of the macroregion "Center" of the MTS company


JSC Mobile TeleSystems (MTS) declares appointment to the post of the director of MTS in Central federal district Igor Egorov, earlier within three years of the Far East directing business of MTS in regions and Eastern Siberia.

Development of services of data transmission, introduction innovative a telecom services, and also further improvement of quality of services and service become the priority areas of work of Igor Egorov increase of efficiency of business of MTS in the Central Russia in a mass and corporate segment.

Under the leadership of Igor Egorov for last years full modernization of networks of MTS in the territory of all Far East and Eastern Siberia is carried out, the LTE networks in 12 cities of Seaside, Khabarovsk, Transbaikal regions and the Amur region are successfully started at the moment. The Far East became the first region of the country where the DC-HSDPA technology was on a substantial scale started (to 42 Mbps) that allowed to reach the speeds comparable to LTE in a network 3G of MTS. The company effectively realized a number of large infrastructure projects on construction of own main fiber-optical communication lines (VOLS) in the territory of Eastern Siberia and the Far East, the covering of federal highways "Amur", "Ussuri" and "Baikal" was provided, networks of a fixed telephony in Primorsk, Kamchatka edges, the Amur region, the Republic of Buryatia are constructed and started.

In turn, Dmitry Rylov holding the director's position "MTS the Center" in March, 2014 headed business of MTS in regions of the Northwest federal district.

Igor Egorov was born in 1968 in Irkutsk. Graduated from the St. Petersburg state electrotechnical university, Academy of national economy at the Government of the Russian Federation, received MVA degree. In the MTS company works since 2003. Earlier directed MTS branches in the Irkutsk region, Zabaykalsky Krai, held positions of the marketing director and commercial director on work with the retail market of MTS branch in regions of the Far East and Eastern Siberia. In October, 2011 it is appointed the branch director macro - the region "Far East", in May, 2014 headed business of MTS in regions of the Central Russia.
