The Vympelcom company (a brand "Beeline") for 50% of base
stations 3G of Krasnoyarsk Krai started the Dual Carrier technology (DC-HSPA+). She allows to increase considerably the capacity of a
network and to increase the speed of the mobile Internet.
As told CNews in the operator, with start of new technology the greatest
possible speed makes 42 Mbps. Now clients "Beeline" with big comfort
will be able to watch video online, to load multimedia files and to use other
opportunities of the Global network from mobile devices.
The increase in speed of data transmission naturally leads to increase
of interest of users to the
mobile Internet. Today 45% of subscribers of a network "Beeline" use the mobile
Internet, thus more than a half of them prefer unlimited offers and tariffs with the included traffic.
The data transmission traffic in a network "Beeline" of Krasnoyarsk
Krai increased more than twice
(when comparing indicators of the first quarter 2013 and the first quarter
2014).
The general Internet traffic "Beeline" of the region for the
first three months 2014 is comparable to the volume of the photos which turned out in case each inhabitant of
Krasnoyarsk Krai lays out in social networks 6,5 thousand "selfa".
